Can I resend a customer their image download link?

Depending on how the order was placed either you can resend it from CORE or you can request support to resend it for you!

If the order was placed online then you would simply request the download be resent from our customer service team. You can email us at ccssupport@candid.com, call 1-800-750-0494 or use that chat feature in CORE. Please provide the order number and email it needs to be sent to. 

 

If the order was transmitted from CORE you can resend the receipt directly from CORE to the customer. Go to Orders> Enter the order number> Select History> Click on the order number> At the bottom of the Order Summary  click "Send Receipt" and then enter the email address you wish to send it to. 

 

Another option is resending the receipt from your archived emails if you get a copy of all customer receipts.
