Ways Your Customer Can Search for Their Images on the Retail Website
There are multiple ways for a customer to locate their images online. You control the options you want available.
Options for Searching
Keep in mind most photographers share direct links to personal galleries via email and/or sms text message. Unless you share your landing page or one of the CCS Generic sites, your customer won't likely come upon these search options.
Event Name and Event Date
In order for Event Name and Event Date search to be displayed, you have to have this option checked on your event or workflow.
Password
In order for someone to locate your event by Password, you will have to assign a password to your event on the event settings page
- Keep in mind passwords must be unique and not already in use by another event or account
PIN (NameID)
In order for people to require a PIN and Last Name to view photos, this option must be unchecked on your event or workflow.
Student or Customer ID
This search feature requires you to have imported an "ExtNameID" into CORE along with names. Without you importing this information, this search feature will not work.
