Online Retail VG Order Resubmits

You no longer have to contact CCS Support to do a resubmit on a retail VG order.

How to Resubmit a Retail VG Order

1.  Search for the VG Order ID in CORE

2.  Click on the VG Order ID

3.  Click on the Resubmit Order button

4.  Select the products/packages you'd like to resubmit and the reason for the resubmit, then click Resubmit Order

5.  You will be taken to the retail website shopping cart with the images you selected displayed.

6.  Click Edit, if you need to edit cropping or captions before continuing.   If no changes are required, click proceed to checkout.

7.  Confirm shipping address and Continue

8.  If you would like your customer to receive a copy of the resubmit emailed receipt, click that option.  If not, do not check.  To complete the resubmit, click "Complete Resubmit Order".

9.  Upon completion you will receive and new VG Order ID.
