Allow Customers to Choose their Yearbook Pose Online
You can let your customer choose their own yearbook image by enabling retail yearbook pose selection on your event.
To enable this feature, go to your event in CORE>Quick Links>Online Settings>enable end-user yearbook pose selection. It is important to set a deadline or cut off date whenever you allow your customers to select their own yearbook image. Not everyone will make a selection so it will be up to you to review the remaining participants and select a yearbook image for them.
You can view the image that someone has selected by going to the event>Names & Contact Data>Order button next to their name. When their images come up, you will see an icon of a person next to their yearbook image. Yearbook is also written next to the image that has been selected. From here, you can make a new selection as well if the current yearbook image needs to be replaced. If you have picture admin enabled, it will override the selection made by participants/parents on the retail website. Please see the article on picture admin for further information on that feature.
