Rush an Order Through the Lab

You can rush orders placed through CORE via the Transmit page.

When you transmit orders to the lab, you have an option to “Rush” orders through the lab from your Transmit Queue. Go to Orders>Transmit Orders then click on the orders listed that you want to send to Candid. 

On the transmit orders page, select the Rush option within the shipping method menu and enter your initials to confirm. When you send the orders by clicking the Transmit to Lab button, the rush will be applied to your order(s).

In most cases, the order will ship same day if received by noon CST. If the order is received after noon CST; the order will be shipped on the next business day.
