Settings - Workflows

Workflows allow you to preset your settings for specific types of events, so you don't have to make those selections each time you setup that type of event.

Workflows are required to setup your events in CORE. They are important because they control what features are available to you on your events. Workflows can be used to control everything from how your event displays online to your branding and offers/campaigns. They can be very basic or fully customized. To get started, we have setup several workflows for you to use. To import them into your account, go to Settings>Workflows>Default Workflows and copy the appropriate workflow by clicking the copy button. You will be required to name your workflow when you copy it. You should name it something simple that makes sense to you and your events. Typically something like "League Sports" or "Middletown Schools" is used to name a workflow. You will see several add-on features that are selected for each workflow on the chart that extends to the right of the name of the workflows.
