      Update September 29, 2023

      PhotoMatch

      • The newest version of PhotoMatch that supports ID card printing is available for beta testing
        • This version has multiple updates
          • Ability to print ID cards directly to a local printer or use COREPrint to send to another computer and detached printer
          • Wider division dropdowns so it doesn't cut off long division names
          • Zoom feature so you can enlarge the preview image
          • Moved the visible/delete toggle off the image 
          • You will now be able to see if a name has an email or cell imported
          • You can now edit/add name, email, cell and ID card caption data
          • Automatically starts image upload (you can still choose to stop upload)

      • Email Unsubscribe Options have changed
        • We have removed the option to unsubscribe from future events.  Customer can only unsubscribe for the current event or the current and past events.

      CORE

      • Is Teacher/Coach
        • Marking a name as "Is Teacher/Coach" allows you to include or exclude those names from bulk orders, emails, SMS, print templates and can limit packages to only those names. It can also allow you to choose placement in some products. Learn More.
        • You can now restrict a package on the retail website to only being viewed and orders by those who are flagged as "Is Teacher/Coach".  This will allow you to offer discounted or free packages to Teachers and Coaches without having to create a voucher or discount code.
      • Yearbook Pose merge field for email and printed templates
        • You can now use a new merge field to show which image is going to be used for the yearbook/admin exports.  The new merge is $PictureYearbook$
        • This will also control where in the template the image will be presented
      • PictureAdmin
        • PictureAdmin will now display group images and the division name those images are assigned to with options to allow for downloading of the group images.
        • You can now select more than one client on an event.  This is helpful on event where more than one organization is involved and you need more than one client to view images on the pictureadmin.com site.

      COREPrint v4.3.195

        • New version of COREPrint
        • You can now use a QR code when building ID Cards or other print templates that is the Student ID (EXTNameID)
        • You can now have vertical text and/or Barcode39 barcodes on ID Cards or other print templates you create
        • You can now assign icons/images to names for printing on ID Cards or other print templates such as an icon for things like: bus pass, library pass, athlete pass, etc.  This allows you to create custom ID cards without having to create multiple ID Card templates.

      New Retail Payment Option - Apple Pay


        • Your customers can now use Apple Pay on any of the CCS retails sites to pay and complete their orders

        Face Recognition Boxes on Review Page

        • Boxes over faces on the review face recognition page are now bright green so they are easier to see
        • We've added an ignore all button on the face recognition review page.  If someone has a large number of false matches, you can use ignore all to remove the match rather than clicking one at a time.

        Retail Website

        • When order an instant download now show the link immediately after check out
        • Link is also in the emailed receipt
        • Adding a left and right arrow next to the preview image, so it is easier to scroll through the images

      Update April 1, 2023

      • Retail Order Hold
        • Allows you to hold a retail order so it doesn't transmit to the lab until you transmit it in CORE.  This feature is not enable for all accounts.  If you are interested in this feature please contact kimk@candid.com

      • Digital Artwork Notes
        • For select accounts, the option to add notes when ordering digital artwork was enabled.  If interested in this feature, please contact rachel.hill@candid.com

      QEMS

      • Added Time Zone on your account settings page.  This will force google calendars to use this time zone when a photographer links QEMS to their gmail calendar.  
      • Option to send reminder text to photographers 48 hours before event and 24 hours before event                               
      • Add a "Notes" section for admin and photographer on the organization level
        • Photographers can only view notes on the event page that are in the "photographer notes" section
        • Only admins can view notes on the event page that are in the "admin notes" section
      • Added the option to collect/import cell phones on organization rosters
      • Greek fonts will now only show when appropriate on CORE Sync Page
      • SMS for galaxy phones fix by using short URL text

      Update February 8, 2023

      • Registration Receipts
        • $EventName$ has been added as a merge field on registration receipts
      • Ability to Use Student ID as a search on the Retail Website
        • If you import and enable this feature, your customer can find their images on the retail website by entering their student ID and last name
      • Retail Website - Order for Another
        • A new button was added to the retail website that allows your customer to click "Order for Another" to easily other for another person within the event
      • PhotoMatch Setup Simplified
        • The PhotoMatch setup in CORE now automatically sets up for auto processing

      • Registration Page
        • Auto hide acct header to make page cleaner and less scrolling
      • Print Queue Profiles
        • Print profiles have been added to the workflow settings
      • Stack Sort Options
        • We've added additional stack sort options when queueing printed templates.  You are no longer limited to 4 up only.

      • QR Code IDing Page
        • Name is now displayed next to the QR code

      • Retail Digital Image Orders limited to one
        • To prevent people from double ordering the same image as a download, we prevent a duplicate from being added to the cart

      Update May 20, 2022

      • Face Recognition Improvements
        • The reference image will only use the largest face in the image as the reference
        • You can now select a % size of the faces to match when running face recognition
      • Auto Headsizing
        • Enabled Auto Headsizing for select accounts.  If you are interested in auto headsizing, please contact kimk@candid.com
      • Ability to Export and Edit Divisions in Bulk
        • You can now export divisions and using the division ID in the spreadsheet you can edit division names and re-import to update those names
      • PhotoMatch Offset
        • PhotoMatch automatically processes for 14 days.  You now have the ability to exten it to 30 days.  Select accounts have the ability to extend that processing to 180 days.  This is primarily for senior portrait photographers who photograph over the summer.  If you have a need to extend beyond 30 days, please contact kimk@candid.com
      • Retail Resubmits
        • You now have the ability to do your own retail order resubmits in CORE

      Update April 2, 2022

      • Race Spreadsheet Import for IDing
        • You can now use a spreadsheet to ID a race.  This was specifically added for those using Tagily, a 3rd party number recognition software that auto IDs your race images and provides you with a spreadsheet to import your ID data.
      • New Custom Image Export
        • The new custom image export allows you to export the full size default image jpg or png.  This is not intended for using for yearbook/admin exports as it does not honor headsizing.
