Step 5 - Workflows

Workflows allow you to preset options for your event. Workflows control settings like, watermarks, deadlines, campaigns, sales tax, offers and features. So instead of having to remember all the options, you can create workflows to make it easy.

During your on-boarding process, the CCS Support team likely created at least one workflow to get you started.   It's recommended that you review that workflow to confirm it's set the way you need it for your events.   Keep in mind, you can have multiple workflows, so if you photographer different types of events or simply have different needs for events, you can establish any number of workflows you need to make event setup easy.  We also have preset workflows for different types of events that you can import.
