Stickers (School Service Item)

Student stickers which are often a service item require by schools can be ordered in CORE.

Sticker Options

Stickers come 36 to a page.  You can fill the page of 36 using these options.

• 36 stickers of the same student (6 rows by 6 columns of the same image)
  • (background border is optional on this style, otherwise the borders around the stickers are white)
    
• 6 stickers of the same student (6 columns across of 6 different images)
  • (background border is optional on this style, otherwise the borders around the stickers are white)
    
  • 1 sticker of each student (6 rows by 6 columns of different images)
• 3 stickers of each student (6 rows by 6 columns of different images, repeat each image 3 times)
  

Grouping Options

Stickers can be groups by:

• Homeroom, Grade: (a new page will be started for each distinct Homeroom, Grade)
• Homeroom:  (a new page will be started for each Homeroom)
• Grade:  (a new page will be started for each Grade)

Teacher Placement Options

You may choose where the teachers are placed on the stickers

• With Students, first position
• With Students, last position
• With Student, alphabetically
• Exclude Teachers

Filtering to a Specific Grade or Homeroom

You may opt to place sticker orders by grade or homeroom

How to Order Stickers in CORE

1. Images must first be IDd and you may optionally head size images, so images will match your yearbook head sizing.
2. While in the event in CORE, click on "Order" on the left menu
3. Click on Student Stickers
4. Select your Product Style (for description of each style see above)
   1. Optional background border (if you leave blank the space around the stickers will be white)  Most leave blank.
   2. If you opt for a background, you'll need to upload an 8.5 x 11 inch image with your background design to an event, then enter the Event#(Background OrderNumber), Folder(Background Roll) and ImageName(Background Frame) of where you uploaded it to.
5. If you head sized your images and want the stickers to use that cropping, check "Use headsize cropping when available".
6. Select how you'd like the stickers grouped
7. Select your teacher placement (this requires that you identified teacher as "Is Teacher")
8. Select your filter(s)
9. Add to Order
10. Go to the orders page
    1. Transmit Orders on the left menu
    2. Transmit your sticker order
