Student Directory (School Service Item)

Student Directories are spiral bound pages that include thumbnail sized images of students an optionally staff sorted by Grade and/or Homeroom

Before ordering your directory you must have a default image selected for each subject so we know which image to use in the directory. Click here for more info on selecting a default pose

Go into your event in CORE
On the left menu select Order > Student Directory
Choose the paper type from Product Style
1. Photographic paper (same paper prints are produced on)
2. Press paper (this is a heavy duty standard paper)
Select quantity
Enter school year
Type School Name (this will appear on the front cover page)
Photographer (Put your company name here)
1. The cover will say photographed by: Company Name
Select how you want the pages grouped within the directory
Select where you want the teachers placed (this option only works if the teachers names are marked as "Is Teacher" and if they are in the same division as their students
Select the grade or all grades you want included (this option only works if you import grade with names)
Select the homeroom or all homerooms you want included (this only works if you imports homeroom with names)
Select the division or all divisions
Click Show Preview (requires you are using the Chrome browser)
1. Keep in mind this is NOT a WYSIWYG preview, meaning what you see, is not exactly what you are going to get as far as the style and position. IT IS what you see is what you will get as far as where images and text will go

This is just to check your captions
Use the "Next" Button to navigate through the page previews
The preview allows you to confirm you have all the students assigned to the correct divisions and name are spelled correctly
When ready, close the preview window and click the "add to order" button
Go to the Orders Page, then to transmit orders on the left menu to transmit the directory order
