TKO Setup In CORE

TKO settings are found within your event in CORE under Chroma-Key/Knockout on the left menu.

You will not see the Knockout option in CORE until you go through a quick certification process. Learn more on TKO certification.

SETTING UP TKO ON YOUR EVENT

Go to your event in CORE, confirm Chroma-Key/Knockout is enabled for your event.  If not, select Add-On Features and check Chroma-Key/Knockout.  Click Event Details on the left menu to refresh the page.

On the left menu select Chroma-Key/Knockouts

• Click the configure folder button
• In the dropdown next to folder select "Add Folder"
  • Enter the folder name you plan to upload images into (the folder name here and the folder you upload into must match exactly) 
  • If you have already uploaded images, you will select the folder you want to knockout.  You will have to re-upload the images to start the knockout process.
• If you want to offer dynamic background selections online. 
  • Select: Allow customer to choose backgrounds online and/or allow background choices on manually entered CORE orders.

• If you want CCS to render your images to a preselected background.
  • Select:  Pre-Render these images to a background I have already uploaded.
    • This option will require that you have already uploaded background images to an event in CORE.  You will need to know the event#/folder/ImageName of your background(s).  Click here for more info. on adding backgrounds.
  • Enter the event number - folder - image of where your background image(s)
  • Enter the name of the folder where you want the rendered images to go.  This folder must be unique and have no other images in it.  We recommend naming it the same as the original folder and adding an _R to the end.
  • Save and repeat for all folders and backgrounds.
