Custom Sequence Card / Order Form Template Submission for White Glove

If you plan on using White Glove / HQOE Services, just send us a blank, digital copy of the form you plan to use to ID images and collect data, and we'll prepare your template.

Before we are able to receive data to be keyed into your event, we must prepare a digital template for your sequence card / order form. This must be setup in your CORE account at least 2 weeks before your event is scheduled*.

1. From your CORE account click Settings from the blue menu at the top.

2. From the blue left-hand menu, go to Web SiteFile Manager. 

3. Locate a folder named HQOETemplates. If this folder does not already exist in your File Manager, scroll to the bottom of the page and click Make Folder and follow the prompts to complete.  

4. Click into the folder HQOETemplates and click Choose File, then select from your computer a digital copy of the sequence card or order form that you will utilize at your event to collect name/contact data and image sequence information.

5. Proceed to upload form (preferably as a digital .pdf). 

6. Once the file has been uploaded to the appropriate folder on your file manager, email whiteglove@candid.com with your account number and the form's file name. We will then build the template in preparation for processing your event.

7. Once we have completed building your digital template the form will be available in your account to choose from in the Order Forms dropdown on the White Glove Scans page within the job.

 

*Templates require 2 weeks setup time before job scheduling for programming purposes, and jobs must be scheduled two weeks prior to submission for labor scheduling purposes. We try our best to accommodate late submission, however we cannot guarantee them and turnaround time will be extended.
