Virtual Groups Using Your Custom Backgrounds
You can have virtual groups created using your own custom backgrounds. Email your background to art@candid.com.
Step 1: Create your background
Make sure the background is the exact aspect ratio of the product you intend to order.
Example: If you are going to order 8x10 prints, your background needs to be 8x10.
Step 2: Email your background to our art department
Email your background to art@candid.com along with your account #, the size product the background is intended to be used on and the name of your background (so you can find and select it later).
NOTE: All custom backgrounds require a foreground.
If one is not provided, a basic black gradient will be added for you to choose from.
Step 3: Wait for confirmation that your background has been added
Once background has been added you can order your digital artwork using your custom background.
Step 4: Order Your Digital Artwork
When placing your order, you'll select Artwork Style: Custom Artwork
In the area you select your crest and enter captions you'll select your background from the dropdown list.
