      Ways to export/download images from CORE

      There are multiple ways to export/download your images from CORE. Below we will outline the different options so your can select the one that best fits your needs.

      Custom Image Export

      The Custom Export feature allows you to export JPGs or PNGs.  PNG exports require you have previously setup and uploaded your images to Chroma-Key or TKO knockout folders.

      If you need to export all your "default" images within a division or all "default" images within an event, the Custom Export is the tool to use.

      Yearbook Image Export

      You can use the Yearbook Export tool to export the default/yearbook image for each person or all images IDd to a person.  You can also narrow the export to a specific division or all divisions.  Yearbook export requires each name have a default/yearbook image and be associated with a division other than the default division. It also requires images be headsized using the CORE headsizing tool.

      PictureAdmin.com

      The pictureadmin.com site is a site that allows you or your client to download images.

      Individual Image Download

      You can download images and/or rendered images in CORE by creating a download package in your offer and include the HIOLG: Hi Resolution Online Image product to the package.   You can set this package to $0 and to not collect tax or shipping and mark it to not show on the retail website.

      Customer Support Fee

      If you would like to request a support team member to download and send you images, there will be a $50 per image service charge for Support to provide you with images.
