White Glove / HQOE Process and Requirements (PhotoMatch)

Utilizing White Glove /HQOE for your event when using our PhotoMatch software is a breeze

Events must utilize Candid's preferred product offers, email campaigns, and recommended processes.

All services are subject to approval and must be scheduled in CORE at least 2 weeks before they will be sent to us in order for proper scheduling. We will do our best to accommodate events scheduled late when possible, however, late fees would apply and extended turnaround time may result.

Email White Glove at whiteglove@candid.com at least two (2) weeks before first your event so that we can enable White Glove / HQOE functionality in your CORE account.

 

Event Setup in CORE

When creating a new event in CORE, insure that the White Glove/HQOE Add-On Feature is enabled. Once this box is clicked, the page should expand with additional information fields regarding the services you'd like to schedule. 

Select the level of service you would like completed (In this case, Level II)

Once the service level has been selected, more fields will appear. Fill out each field accurately to allow for adequate scheduling of your event. We will need to know the Estimated # of subjects, the date images and data will be sent to CCS (this is important as we use this date and time to schedule staff). 

Click the link and continue to the page to select the a-la-carte services you wish for us to complete on your event.

After You Photograph the Event

White Glove will complete services are specified per your request via the form. Please alert us of any requested changes in advance via email at whiteglove@candid.com and we will do our best to accommodate.

All images and data must be uploaded and processed via PhotoMatch. No data can be overridden and no sets checked out in CORE. Must use Candid's preferred offers and email campaigns. Must utilize preloaded roster or CORE's recommended registration method. We will do our best to work with custom requests but cannot guarantee they will be accommodated and may extend turnaround time.
