Below you will find pricing for the White Glove Graduation Services
White Glove for graduations when a spreadsheet of data is provided
$30 + $.40/graduate ($.50/graduate for unscheduled or late jobs)
White Glove for graduations when data is keyed
$30 + $.60/graduate ($.70/graduate for unscheduled or late jobs)
We encourage customers to use one of our suggested graduation offers and email & text marketing campaigns. However, customers may use their own offers & campaigns.
Email creation: $10/per email template
Offer creation: $150/per offer
Proof form creation: $55/form
Additional Fees that may apply:
Image rotation: per folder: $50
Images not formatted into folders per White glove instructions: $25
Spreadsheet update (no image number provided, only sequence number): $25/hr
ID issues (incorrect or missing data): $25/hr research fee
Resize backgrounds to work with pre render $25/hr fee
Primary ID method from Audio or Video when a spreadsheet is provided $50 + $25/hr
Facial Recognition $.02/image
Text messages $.02/each
Special requests : $25/hr
Hourly Research Fee $25/hr (Any items requiring extra time and attention will be billed at this rate)
Virtual group ordering:
If there is 1 image per student: $10/group
If there are multiple images- image selection required: $.10/student
Manual cropping to fix or create new images: $25/hr
Convert images to JPG or Mac to PC: $10
Other Services:
Work bounce emails fee: $.15/email
Order Paper proofs / postcards: $20 event + the per form cost & postage
Order Entry of proofs returned to CCS: Per form entry/ management $5/ea
Customer service help (how to order): $3 per email or call (If you would like to refer your retail customers directly to our retail support, please contact us for further information & availability)
