Why are my downloads charging shipping?

You can set your digital products to NOT charge shipping.

When setting up a digital product in your offer, you can opt to not charge shipping on that product when someone orders it online. To do this, go to Offers>your offer>Edit button (on the digital product)>Edit Package Settings (to expand options). There you will find a section titled Tax and Shipping Charges. Simply un-check the box that says I want to include this package/product when calculating shipping. You want to also make sure that the box to add additional shipping for this package is unchecked. Click save at the bottom of the options to apply the change to your product offering. 

After making changes you will need to refresh your offer on the retail website on at least one event using the offer.
