Customer Has Not Received their Digital Download Order
There are multiple reasons a customer may not have received the link to their ordered digital download. Below we outline those situations.
What Type of Download was Ordered?
If the order was for one of the following products, the link to download their image(s) will be in the receipt email received immediately following checkout.
- HIOLG: Hi Resolution Online Image
- MDOLG: Medium Resolution Online Image
- LOOLG: Low Resolution Online Image
If the order was for a rendered download, the link to download their image(s) will be sent in an email typically within 1 hour of completing checkout. Turnaround time may vary depending on volume and complexity of work required. Rendered downloads include the following.
- A product such as an 8x10 with a render modifier, that might include captions and/or logos
- An digital image with retouching
- An image requiring digital artwork such as Level 2 products
- Enhanced Digital Downloads
Email Not Received?
Confirm Email Address was Entered Correctly
Confirm the email address on the order is correct and is the inbox their a looking in.
Check the Spam/Junk Folder
Many email providers automatically flag emails containing links to an outside source as spam. This might be solved by directing the customer to check their spam folder or verify that their email settings are not set to reject emails containing links entirely.
