Photo Coach is a program that allows you to review and grade your photographer's images and email them a report of their performance.

Log In and select “Manage”
Enter your Business Name
Browse for a location to save a copy of the critique
Enter the email you want to send a copy of the critique to (Example: the photo manager)
Enter the from address
Enter the body of your email and save
Click “Manage” and then categories to setup the categories you want in your critique
- Select acceptable if the critique is a “good” critique so it does not deduct pay
Click “Manage” and then Image type to setup your pay rate for the types of photography (OPTIONAL), if paying by image
Click “Manage” and then Photographers to setup all your photographers and their emails

After Log In you select “Select Folder”

Click the folder icon and browse for the folder where the photographers images are stored
Enter the Event Name and Event Date
Choose what size images you’d like to view
Click Load Image
You will now be viewing images
Select the photographer from the dropdown
Right click on an image and select your critique
- You may enter a comment in the comment field at the bottom of the screen
To select more than one image, drag a box around the images
When finished click Print/Email Report
- Photographer will receive an email with the critique and a PDF copy will be saved in your designated folder
