Settings - Payments

Payments is where you can connect your Authorize.net account to CORE so you can process credit card payments at checkout on manual CORE entered orders.

Payment Gateways

Authorize.net is the only credit card processor available to connect with CORE.   It is not required to have or connect an Authorize.net account to CORE if you have another way of processing credit card payments.  But if you'd like to process the payments through CORE while placing the order you will first need to open an Authorize.net account.

NOTE:  This does not affect online retail orders that is a separate payment processing that is handle by CCS.  Only orders you key into CORE will be affected by this payment gateway.

Authorize.net payment setup instructions

To reduce PCI security issues, CORE now offloads Authorize.Net payment collection directory to a page hosted by Authorize.Net. You must update your Authorize.Net account settings to allow this to work with CORE.

1. Configure Relay Response URL

Step 1: Log into Authorize.net and click "Account" and then "Relay Response".
Step 2: Click "To configure additional response URL values, click here".
Step 3: Add this URL: http://core/CORE/XML/AuthnetSIMPOST.aspx
See the Relay response screenshots further down this page.

2. Error (103) This transaction cannot be accepted

If you encounter this error, update your CORE payment gateway settings to have a newer style Authorize.net API Login and Transaction
key. This menu is also available from the Authorize.net Account settings page.

3. How do I hide the extra shipping fields on the payment page?

If you are seeing both billing and shipping fields on the Authorize.net payment page, the shipping fields are not needed unless you are
also using Authorize.Net with another web application besides CORE.

a. Log in to your Authorize.Net account
b. Click on the "Account" tab at the top of the page
c. In the first section, "Transaction Format Settings", under the "Transaction Submission Settings" sub-section, click on "Payment
Form".
d. On the page that displays, click on "Form Fields"
e. Un-check all of the check-boxes in the "Shipping Information" section.
f. Click the "Submit" button when you are done.
